We will endeavour to process and ship your order within 24 hours of receiving - orders received on the weekend will be shipped the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship express worldwide 1-5 days for delivery with Premium DHL Express. All orders placed before 11am AEST will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow an extra day for orders placed after this time.
 
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
An email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has left our warehouse. To track your order, please visit: http://auspost.com.au/track/ and enter your tracking number if sent by Australia Post. 
We've made a commitment to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however during high volume periods such as sales and holiday periods, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Thank you for your support in the growing of our business.

Once items are dispatched, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If items are misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with Australia post. Replacements and/or refunds will not be offered for products missing or damaged in transit.
International delivery costs exclude taxes or duties that may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. If a receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item/s will be returned to Waldrey and the order will be refunded, excluding the return and original shipping fees. 
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
