They are family-run businesses (like us) that share our creative vision and champion sustainable manufacturing processes every step of the way. We pride ourselves on working closely with all our supply partners - their artistry is an integral part of our brand DNA.

Global craft and traditional techniques continue to inspire each and every Waldrey collection. We work with a unique and diverse supply chain of artisans across India and China, whos skilled and trusted hands bring our vision to life. Our garments are never mass produced and we order to demand, allowing our partners time and space to create our beautiful pieces with care and intention. As a brand, our mission is to sustain and honour craftmanship, and celebrate the incredible workmanship of our makers.
EMPOWERING WOMEN
We share a profound vision with our manufacturing partners to provide a safe and communal working space for women in the workforce to build their self confidence and financial independence, while helping to break the cycle of poverty and marginalisation. Our primary manufacturing partner in Jaipur is female owned and run and staffed by highly skilled female workers who share our commitment to crafting clothing to last a lifetime.
Our global partners provide ongoing employment, equal treatment and safe working conditions to all of its female team.

From the tailors, to pattern makers, merchandisers and every role in between- each and every hand that touches our Waldrey garments are experts in their field with generations of experience to guide them.
Many of our pieces are crafted exclusively by hand, taking many hours, if not days to complete. In a world full of fast fashion, we honour the craft of making and celebrate the proud makers who bring them to life.
