SHIPPING + HANDLING

 

Do you offer international shipping?

We are proud to offer our international customers express shipping through DHL express. See our Shipping + Handling here for more information. 

 

When will my order be packed and sent?

We have made a commitment to get your orders to you as soon as possible. That means, wherever possible we will pick and pack your order within 24 hours. During sale periods, orders will be shipping between 1-3 days after order has been received. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is on its way.

 

I would like to change my shipping address. 

If your order has not already shipped, we will do what we can do to help with your address change. Please email our team directly at hello@waldrey.com.au.

 

I would like to cancel or edit my order.

Please email our team directly at hello@waldrey.com.au within 12 hours of order being placed. If you would like to edit the contents of your order, unfortunately we are unable to do that once the order has been placed. 

 

How can I track my item?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, along with the tracking details for your order.

Do I have to be at home to receive my order?

In most cases, if your parcel is sent to a home address and no authorised person is available to sign then a card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local post office. If your parcel is not collected from your local post office within 10 business days, it will be returned to sender.

Please note that you can specify for your parcel to be left unattended, however Waldrey cannot take any responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen. Please ensure you enter your correct mailing address as Waldrey cannot take any responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses and will not reimburse you for the order or shipping costs.

 

Does my order include taxes and duties?

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country or the country you’re shipping to. The recipient of the shipment is the importer on record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. We are unable to quote on what these duty and import costs, so we recommend that you contact your local customers office for further information.

Australia’s 10% GST is not charged on international orders. This tax will automatically be removed at checkout once your delivery address is complete.

 

My package did not arrive.

What do I do if I receive damaged items?

If you were shipped damaged merchandise, please reach out to customer service at hello@waldrey.com.au. Please attach a photograph of the damage in your email in order to expedite the return and we will get it sorted for you as soon as possible.

 

Can I return a Sale Item?

All sale items not marked as final sale are eligible for a direct exchange of equal or higher value, or credit note, unless deemed faulty. Return of the Sale goods is the responsibility of the customer. All items marked final sale are not eligible for a return.

Do you offer a 1st Time Shopper discount

Yes we do! Sign up to our Mailing List for a 10% discount code for First Time Shoppers. We would love to have you as part of the Waldrey community. 

 

Which payment methods can I use?

You can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay to check out. Please note that at this time we are only able to process one payment method per order. 

 

 


PRODUCT + DESIGN

Will you do a restock?

In line with Waldrey's sustainability values, we order smaller quantities to minimise waste. Therefore, our stock is limited. We always suggest snapping up what you love whist it’s available. If there is something you would love to see more of, we would love to hear from you- your feedback is incredibly important to us.

 

Are your garments true to size?

We are a small but might team creating in small batches with an emphasise on quality and comfort. For this reason, the majority of our garments are cut for a relaxed fit to sit away from the body. We also place an enormous amount of consideration into the fit of our garments to ensure the silhouette suits growing bumps, breastfeeding, larger busts and flatters all body shapes. First and foremost, if you are unsure, please email us at hello@waldrey.com.au before purchasing and we are more than happy to help with any sizing queries. 

 

Do you use sustainable packaging?

Yes, we do! We take our packaging very seriously. All Waldrey orders are sent in recyclable or compostable packaging, and our signature 100% cotton rope ribbon can be reused many times over (and composted when its ready for a second life). We are proud to partner with both HeroPackaging and Grounded Packaging to safely and sustainably deliver your orders to you.
