If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund the merchandise to the original form of payment within 14 days of the purchase date.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1. Please request a return by emailing hello@waldrey.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Please include your full name, the reason for return, order number and which item/s you would like to refund.
3. Once your refund request has been received, we will reply to you with details on where to send the return. 
4. Once we have received your item/s we will notify you and process your return within 3 business days. Please be sure to read Return Conditions below for any further questions. 

Please note: Waldrey will not be responsible for shipping and handling costs to return the item. If the item does not reach us or you safely, Waldrey will not be held responsible.

 


 
EXCHANGES

We understand that sometimes the size you order is not correct, which is why we offer free exchanges for all orders placed within Australia within 14 days of delivery. If you are based in Adelaide, we are happy to organise an in person swap if convenient- please email hello@waldrey.com.au or direct message us on Instagram and we will be happy to help. 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS / EXCHANGES

In case of an international returns and exchange, our dedicated team is ready to assist you in ensuring the right fit for your needs - please email hello@waldrey.com.au.

Kindly be advised that return shipping costs are to be covered by you in all circumstances except in cases of faulty items. 
 

 


RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached.  
  • Due to health regulations items that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will be declined for return.
  • Any products marked as 'Final sale' or 'Last chance' have a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy unless the item is deemed as faulty.

  • Items purchased using the 10% First Time Subscriber Discount are eligible to return for a credit note or refund within 14 days of your purchase.

  • Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number. 
  • Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Waldrey.
  • Waldrey does not refund initial shipping charges for returned products.
  • Waldrey reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above requirements.
